True Neutral: the girl who lost her precious cat
Won: Day 105

Summary
It's another meeting of the Night Phoenix Gang, except it's different from usual - today it's a party. This memory starts out at the end of it, so the occasion is unknown, but there's cake and ice cream and cookies and all kinds of good food, and Tan is happily talking with Norbert, Rena, and a couple of the others, and laughing cheerfully.
(Notably, Rena is wearing a flat, cloth hat that hides most of her hair and makes her look a bit more androgynous than in Tan's other memories of her. This doesn't strike him as odd, so she probably does this a lot.)
Out of nowhere, however, a girl (from later memories Tan recognizes her as Kim, but he'd never seen her before at this point) approaches and begs for help, saying that she heard around town that the Night Phoenixes will help with whatever you need. Apparently, her pet cat got out, and she's been looking all over but she can't find her, and she can't lose her cat, her cat is really important to her, please find her.
Tan, being a good kid, naturally agrees to help her. Rena asks if he wants them to go with him, but he says he'll be fine, it shouldn't be that hard to retrieve a cat, right? They should just stay here and enjoy the party, and he'll be right back.
The memory ends with the girl indicating the direction her cat ran off in and giving a description - he's supposed to be looking for a little white kitten.

Yes that hat is a minor plot point.
This doesn't lead directly to meeting Kim and Laura, there's another one in between, but it does give some context for why he was going after the cat.
